MATHEQUAL     Mathequal

(MATHEQUAL arg0 arg1)


Arguments must be either both strings or both numbers. The function compares
them and returns true if the strings are equal or the numbers are 
mathemaitically equal. Otherwise, false is returned.

The function is a replacement for Common Lisp's '='.
