MAKEPACKAGE

(MAKEPACKAGE <name>)

The function creates and returns a new package object. This function
works much like Common Lisp MAKE-PACKAGE, excepth that is always
accepts exacly one parameter; there are no 'keyword' parameters in
Intelib Lisp.
