MAKEHASHTABLE_EQL

(MAKEHASHTABLE_EQL [<ignored>])

The function creates and returns a new hash table which uses EQL 
as the predicate to determine wether two keys match. 
  The optional parameter is accepted for historical reasons, 
but is ignored.
