LENGTH

(LENGTH <list>)

Returns the length of the list. If the list is dotted, the terminating 
value (that one after the dot) is silently ignored. 


NOTE there's no "sequences" other than lists in InteLib Lisp so lists are
the only objects LENGTH is to work with.
