AREF

(AREF <array> <index>)

Accesses the element of the <array> (which must be an array created by
MAKEARRAY or an imported SExpressionVector expression) indexed by <index>,
starting from zero. Unlike Common Lisp, only one index is supported. The
function is always SETF-capable.
